I started taking Wayne’s classes through the City of Ottawa close to 10 years ago and from the first class I was hooked. Wayne’s sense of humor, energy and encouragement make his classes the best out there and he pushes us in a way that everyone gives their 125%. When COVID hit and his classes went online I jumped on the occasion. I somehow manage to attend all 3 of his classes every week while also attending my taekwondo classes and heading out for runs as often as I can. I’m in the best shape of my life and could not have done so without Wayne.
